EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS

The Hirer:

  1. Is responsible for keeping the fresh water tank full at all times. Water tanks must be refilled after every service.
  2. Is responsible for providing the appropriate power supply to coffee cart equipment. According to Energy Safe Victoria standards.
  3. Is responsible for any loss or damage to any BeanTo / Goodside equipment, however caused while in possession of the Hirer.
  4. Is responsible for any damages in lost revenue caused.
  5. Is responsible for all equipment from the time received to the time returned to BeanTo / Goodside.
  6. Must adhere to adequate security practices.
  7. Must have valid and current food registration permits with their primary municipality.
  8. Must have adequately trained food safety supervisors on site at all times.
  9. Any user of the equipment must be a trained barista - minimum 12 months.
  10. If the machine is used outdoors, equipment cannot be in direct sunlight, rain or wind.
  11. Floor protection and cover from inclement weather are the venue's responsibility.
  12. BeanTo / Goodside are not liable for any damage to the floor caused by drinks produced prior to, during and post coffee service.
  13. BeanTo and Goodside Staff:
    1. are entitled to have bathroom breaks.
    2. are entitled to have breaks if the service is over 5 hours.
    3. are not permitted to carry coffee carts or stalls up stairs, push carts over grass or gravel.
    4. are not permitted work in direct sunlight, in the rain or extremely windy areas without an option for cover.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. Payment in full is required by the date of the booking.
  2. Cancellation fees apply: 50% of the invoiced price. 100% of the total invoice within 4 weeks of the booking.
  3. Rescheduling: Within 14 days, full payment required for the original invoice. A credit note will be applied to your rescheduled booking. Which is 50% of the original invoiced price.
  4. Travel charges may apply.
  5. Floor protection and cover from inclement weather are the venues responsibility.
  6. Goodside Coffee is not liable for any damage to the floor caused by drinks produced prior to, during and post coffee service.

Do you need power?

Our coffee carts need a minimum of 2 x 10amp to operate (Normal GPO), these are a regular wall socket. (If power is not an option, don't worry, we can hire you a generator!)

Do you deliver anywhere?

Yes, we provide delivery services for both our coffee products and equipment rentals. You can place your order online, and we’ll assess if travel charges are required. Ask one of our friendly sales staff today!

Can you do events with under 100 people?

Yes! We cater for events large and small. Our minimum spend is 100 units

Do you need access to water? 

We bring the cafe to you! Our coffee carts have tanked water system built into them, so you don't need to worry about water. Our sales team will assess your venue and the volume of coffee required and determine a solution for water. Ask one of our friendly sales staff today!

Can you work outside?

Our carts can't be set up outside without cover, secure access, an incliment weather plan and suitable flooring. Our sales team will help you assess whether your site is suitable or if you need additional hire. Ask one of our friendly sales staff today!
